I just put in an order, when will it be here?

We always aim to post orders within 2-3 working days (unless otherwise stated) so it shouldn't be too long till your order arrives!

For orders within the UK we use Royal Mail First Class so it should be with you in 3 - 5 days.
For international order it usually takes somewhere between 5 and 10 days.

How do I know which size to order?

Grab a tape measure and follow these instructions and compare to the size chart below!

Chest:
Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.

Waist:
Measure around natural waist with a loose tape.

We print on a variety of different garments, if you want specific information on a product drop us an email and we'll get back to you ASAP!

How do I make a return?

As soon as you decide to make a return let us know by e-mail at customerservice@timetopanicclothing.co.uk, this must be within 21 days of your purchase however. I can only accept items back that are in their original condition, this means no marks on or damage to the garment itself.

I ordered the wrong size is it possible to get an exchange?

Sure of course, just let us know you wish to make an exchange as soon as possible (must be within 21 days) and what size you need. When posting it again you may wish to use an insured form of postage just to be safe!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept pretty much all online payment options, well, so long as PayPal accepts it!

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you don't need to have a PayPal account to purchase from the store. It definitely makes ordering faster though, so you may wish to set one up.

When will you be releasing more items?

That's up to you really! The brand is very new, so the more people you tell about us and different ways you support the brand really help me work towards more awesome products out!
